My husband and I Went on a Friday night around 8, so we weren’t expecting anything great or even fresh food. Our waitress was very sweet (didn’t get her name) but she recommended the Shiner holiday beer which was delicious! I ordered Pagona fish and chips and chose a side salad as a side. I mean it when I say this, it was the BEST fish and chips I’ve ever eaten and I’ve been to San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Warf -My husband got mahi mahi fish tacos and those were delicious as well. We sat outside on the dock, it was mostly empty. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s our first time here in Rockport and I wish I could go back everyday to enjoy this food again.
Mariela, our server was great! She was so polite and handled our party of 10 amazingly! Especially since we all had separate checks also. She is super nice! And took great care of all of us and made sure we had what we needed! Kudos to her! Hope she gets a raise lol! We absolutely love the food too! And she didnt mind all of us sharing an ultimate brownie sundae! She brought plenty of spoons and served with a smile! We were all stuffed but needed to indulge! We love going to Paradise keys! Update, but still a 5 star rating, went to another dinner, it was a dinner held for a Christmas dinner provided by our employer and our family came with us. It was pleasant, as always but the two waitresses seemed overwhelmed. I guess this was because of the holiday. Food came out cold, orders were incorrect, shrimp that was supposed to be grilled was blackened, appetizers didnt come, they ended up coming with the meal after inquiring about them, Mac and cheese was stone cold. First time we have been disappointed. And lastly I brought home my shrimp Alfredo and warmed it up the next day and it was spoiled.
5stars for the mango margaritas! Shrimp boil was decent could use more seasoning. Crab cakes were great. My man was happy with his ribeye. We left with a lot of food portions are great!
This is such an incredible place!! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is fun, but the service is impeccable!!! The manager, Austin is amazing, kind, and a blessing to this place. We look forward to coming here every time we come down. Just to see Austin and our favorite waitstaff and bartenders. Selena is truly incredible, personable and we always feel very special here. Love all the staff. They bring professionalism and personable joy to Paradise Key!! Excellent customer service and management!!!❤️❤️❤️🤎.
This was our first visit here. We had such a great time. The scenery is really beautiful. We went in the evening, and we were still able to see a few dolphins. The location was kinda hidden, but its definitely worth looking for. I ordered a Paradise Burger, which was PHENOMENAL. And my husband and son shared a crab boil with extra shrimp. According to my son, it was very spicy, but AMAZING. My youngest ordered chicken tenders and said they were the best ever. Our server was Audrina. She was soo sweet and soo attentive. She made sure to check on us frequently and filled our drinks whenever they were low and always did it with a smile. We did order a brownie explosion, but my kids tore into it before I got pictures. It really was out of this world good!! We have definitely found a new spot to come to every vacation!! We will be back!!
The food here is top notch and worth every penny. The atmosphere is just fantastic! A nice and airy feel. Beautiful building with a stunning view of the water. Our waitress, Leslie, was very attentive and I was never without a beverage to go with my delicious food. I will definitely be back! Best place ever! If you are on the area it is worth stopping in.
Had a wonderful experience, we ordered the snow crab boil, and snow crab boil with shrimp, it was really delicious. I have to say only things they didn't offer were bibs or a discard plate, so we just used a napkin, for both, I didn't take off a star for that. The food, service and view were great and made up for it. We went during the week around 1, there was no wait. Would go again when visiting the area, plus there is a small place to take in the views near by, though you get nice views from the restaurant as well.
Server #98 provided outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on his face. He was attentive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great service—I’ll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful view of the water and sunset. Dolphins appeared a few times, which was a bonus! Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious!! The boys kept talking about it all night - how glad that we chose this spot to eat and how good the food was. 🙂
What a great experience! Food, service, atmosphere, view, dog friendly... All of it! We're from San Antonio, so we visit this area often for weekend getaways and this was our first time dining here (found them on Google). Because we didn't want to leave the dogs in the hotel room, it was our first time ever taking our dogs to a restaurant. We will definitely be back! We were nervous about the dog thing, but the young lady at the podium was friendly and answered all of our questions (We didn't get her name, but we're the ones with the dog that only bites girls... Hahaha! (Total joke, she'll hopefully remember)). Our server, April, was fantastic! She was working so hard but remained friendly and joked with us a lot. We'll definitely ask for her again. She even got our dogs some water bowls and searched high and low for a navy blue shirt for me when I said I wanted to buy one. Thanks April! The food was incredible! The blackened redfish was so flaky and fresh, you'd have thought it was caught that same day (ocean to table?). The Paradise Burger is now in my top two burgers of all time! It was so flavorful and juicy. I always order burgers medium but never expect them to be actually cooked medium, they almost always end up overcooked to medium well, but this one was truly medium and juicy! And the sourdough bun? Amazing! Soft and delicious. The homemade chips were phenomenal as well. We had to try a dessert, even though we were stuffed, so we ordered the White Chocolate Bread Pudding to share... Oh man!! Incredible! The view was breathtaking as well. The water, boats, birds and even some dolphins! We will totally be back our next weekend in town. Thanks for a truly remarkable experience!
